Order individual aluminium Dibond wall signs online
The aluminium Dibond wall sign is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The material is characterised by its robustness, durability and weather resistance, while also being lightweight. The individual print is applied directly to the panel.
Print template requirements There are two printing processes to choose from: 4-color printing (4/0) using the UV direct process or foil lamination. The surface has a matte finish. The foil printing option includes a protective laminate.
Aluminum composite panel: Matt white
Aluminum composite panels (known as Alu-Dibond) consist of a solid plastic core bonded between two aluminum cover layers. This sandwich construction ensures
high stability combined with low weight. The material is UV-resistant as well as water- and weatherproof, making it ideal for long-term use.
The panel has a
smooth, matt white surface that provides a neutral and high-quality base for printing. Your individual design is applied using a direct UV printing process.
The white aluminum Dibond panel is available in
thicknesses of 3 mm or 4 mm to suit different requirements.
Individual formats and holes
In addition to the standard formats offered, signs can also be ordered in individual sizes. The desired format must be
between a minimum of 15 x 10 cm and a maximum of 300 x 150 cm.If more than 4 holes are required, select the option

Attaching the aluminum Dibond sign
Aluminum Dibond signs can be glued, mounted, or screwed into place with brackets, depending on their intended use. If you want to glue the sign or use it in your own system, select
No holes, no fasteners – the sign will be delivered without holes.
If you already have suitable brackets, the
Only 4 holes in the sign option is suitable: The sign will have 9 mm holes in the four corners; fastening materials are not included.
For a ready-to-install solution,
spacers + 4 holes (for formats up to max. 90 × 60 cm) are available. You will receive a drilled sign with four wall spacers made of stainless steel or refined brass (silver, gold, or chrome) as well as matching screws and dowels.
The wall distance is 20 mm, and the distance from the edge of the sign to the center of the hole is 15 mm as standard for formats up to 600 × 400 mm and 25 mm for larger signs.
