Aluminium composite panel: smooth and brushed (Butlerfinish®)

The Alu composite is also called Alu-Dibond and consists of two aluminum layers that are connected to each other by a plastic core. The plate is UV-resistant, weatherproof and waterproof and is thick from 2 mm. The plate surface can be smooth or brushed.

The aluminum composite panel with a smooth surface is white, your print motif is applied using direct UV printing. You can order white aluminum Dibond plate with a thickness of 3 mm or 6 mm.

The Alu-Dibond Butlerfinish® is distinguished by its brushed surface, which has a special metal look and looks very elegant. The surface is not white, but offers a range of colors: gold, rose gold, silver and anthracite. The thickness of the aluminum Dibond Buttlerfinish® is 3 mm.

Size and holes

In addition to the standard sizes, there is also an option to specify your desired size. Please note that the desired format must be between the minimum possible 15 x 10 cm and the maximum possible 300 x 150 cm.

If you need more than 4 holes in the sign, select the version Only 4 holes in the sign when ordering and specify the desired number of holes in the comments field. You can also send your measurement data for holes and/or size in an email to info@art-trash.de.

Like wall signs made of other materials, the Alu-Dibond sign can be mounted in various ways.

If you want to stick the sign on or stand it up, for example, choose a type of fastening No drilling, no fastening. You will receive your printed sign without drilling or mounting kit.

If you have already selected brackets that should be mounted through the holes, the mounting type Only 4 holes in the sign suits you. It is drilled at four corners and delivered to you with finished 9 mm holes. In this case the holder is not included in the scope of delivery.

If you would like to have the aluminum composite sign fully equipped, the Spacer + 4 holes variant is for you. Please note, however, that this option is not available for signs larger than 90 x 60 cm. The scope of delivery includes the sign drilled on 4 corners, 4 wall spacers in selected versions, necessary screws and dowels. The spacers can be made of stainless steel (stainless steel version) or brass. The brass spacers are finished in silver, gold or chrome. The diameter is 15 mm, the distance from the wall - 20 mm.
The standard distance between the edge of the sign and the centre of the hole is 15 mm up to a sign size of 600 x 400 mm (or 400 x 600 mm) and 25 mm for larger signs.
